The Romana Pinsa journey began in 2007 with La Pizzetta del Borgo, a small family business in Borgo Santa Maria, Pineto. Later came Pizza’s Caffé in Rimini, before we brought our family tradition to Switzerland and developed Romana Pinsa: a combination of authentic Pizza alla Romana, Swiss quality standards, innovative processes and a scalable foodservice concept – created for modern hospitality without losing our roots and traditions.
